Raka Saputra
From Street Busker to Student with a FutureIn 2017, Raka Saputra was illiterate and living on the streets of Dramaga, Bogor. Without access to formal education, he lived as a street busker, facing limited opportunities to learn and grow.
That year, Raka joined Rumah Visioner and began a long-term journey of transformation. Through intensive one-on-one mentorship, education financing, and continuous psychological support, Raka was able to return to school gradually. Beyond academic assistance, he received guidance that helped rebuild his confidence, discipline, and belief in his own potential.
Over the years, Rumah Visioner supported Raka not only with education costs and learning materials but also with scholarships, capacity-building activities, and consistent mentoring tailored to his personal development.
After more than eight years with Rumah Visioner, Raka continues to pursue his aspirations with renewed confidence and hope for the future, proving that with the right support, every child deserves a second chance to learn and chase their dream.
